EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers, and continued returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion or lead to the closure of your HEELADINA account.
Your purchase should be sent back to us within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns outside of this period are accepted at the discretion of HEELADINA. Under the rare occasion that the customer failed to return the item within the stipulated time, a valid reason must be provided.
We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on HEELADINA’s website as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of a color will be completely accurate.
During our sale clearance, products marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
ONLINE ORDER THROUGH WEBSITE
If you need to send them back because of faulty item(s) or defect item(s), you have 7 days from the date you received your order to exchange and return. No refund is allowed.
We only accept exchanges. No refund is allowed. Exchange item must be in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer.
You are welcome back to the store where you bought within 7 days from the date receipt. Item cannot be exchanged after 7 days. Item must be returned with tags still attached and must be in original packaging complete with the original receipt. Please note that the exchange of item is subject to store availability. Once you send back your item, we assume you agreed to our Return Policy.

RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE
Simply email or call us and send your item(s) back to us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please follow the steps below to return your purchase.
Email us at email@example.com and state the reason(s) why you need to return.
We will arrange courier to pickup the items once we reply your email.
Make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all HEELADINA tags still attached.
Once you send back your item(s), we assume you agreed our T&C and our Return Policy.
